We will save your reservations in our reservation system. You will receive a written confirmation of/ invoice for your flight reservation from us or our Authorised Agent.
If you book directly with us, the written confirmation/ invoice shall contain data transmitted to us. Consequently, you are responsible for the accuracy of data. We shall not assume any liability for incorrect data submitted by you resulting in incorrect data on carriage documents and/or confirmations/ invoices. Please note that we generally do not issue any duplicates of confirmations/ invoices and that it is generally not possible to rectify confirmations/ invoices after performance of carriage.
The fare must be paid in full upon reservation. If the fare was not paid in full within the period required according to Rules Relating to Fares (or if no credit agreement was made with us accordingly) despite confirmation of the reservation, we are entitled to cancel the reservation any time before the check-in without prior announcement.
This shall not affect claims for damages on the grounds of negligent violation of existing contractual obligations by us or our agents.
We are unable to reserve specific seats for you in the aircraft and you herewith agree to accept any seat you are allotted. We are entitled to give you any other seat any time, even if you are already on board the aircraft, if we think this is necessary for operational or safety reasons.
Please note that you have specified your personal data for us to make a reservation for carriage on your behalf, to confirm this reservation and, moreover, to provide you with any additional services; and also to simplify the border formalities at the point of entry and exit. Your data will also be used for accounting, invoicing and auditing purposes, the purpose of verifying credit cards or other means of payment; for security purposes as well as for administrative and legal purposes; for systems testing, maintenance and development purposes; for statistical analyses; as well as for facilitating future transactions with you; for customer support purposes. You thus grant us the right to retain and use such data for these purposes, to transmit it to our offices, Authorised Agents, sub-contractors, authorities, (credit) card companies, insurance companies, data processing providers active on our behalf, other Air Carriers as well as other service providers. This also includes transmitting your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Please also take note of the data protection statement on our website www.flydba.com.

Unaccompanied children or pregnant women, disabled persons, individuals suffering from special medical conditions or other individuals, if the latter and groups of individuals mentioned above require special assistance be given a seat on our aircraft subject to prior agreement with us. If you are a restricted mobility, hearing impaired or visually impaired Passenger and have notified us thereof and have indicated that you have special needs before check-in and we undertook to meet these special needs, we will not refuse carriage based on the respective disability or special needs later on. Pregnant women from week 28 through to week 35 of their pregnancy will only be carried on our aircraft if a current medical certificate (issued no more than seven (7) days before) certifies that carriage is safe. From week 36, pregnant women may under no circumstances be given a seat on our aircraft. Please also note our other provisions in Article 17.
Passengers with special needs who book their seats by telephone are required to inform our staff of their conditions in the course of their reservation. Passengers booking their seats via the Internet are required to subsequently contact our reservation call centre, indicate their confirmation number and give detailed notification of their needs.
