| Prices, payment |
|
The prices and performance as confirmed with the booking shall apply. Payment must be made by credit card of a kind accepted by LTU or by direct debit from a German bank account designated by the customer. Payment by direct debit is only possible in the case of bookings made not later than 10 days before the scheduled departure date. LTU reserves the right to verify the validity of the designed credit card or, in the case of payment by direct debit, the designated bank account.

| Performance and price changes |
|
Changes to or deviations from the agreed content of the contract of carriage which become necessary after conclusion of the contract and not caused by LTU in breach of good faith shall only be permitted insofar as changes and deviations are of a minor nature only.
In the case of an increase in the costs of carriage or charges for certain services, such as airport fees, or in the case of a change in exchange rates relevant to the flight concerned, LTU shall have the right to change the fare as follows:
- for seat-related increases in the costs of carriage (e.g. fuel costs), an amount equivalent to the increase may be demanded.
- for other increases in the costs of carriage (e.g. airport fees), the additional costs shall be divided by the number of seats in the aircraft. LTU shall have the right to demand the resulting amount of increase for each individual seat.
An increase in fare shall only be permitted when more than four months have elapsed between conclusion of the contract of carriage and the increase, and if LTU informs the customer of the change in price immediately after acquiring knowledge of it itself. Price increases shall only be permissible up to 21 days prior to the agreed departure date.
In the case of price increases exceeding 5%, the customer shall have the right to repudiate the contract of carriage free of charge.
|
| Check-in time |
|
The customer is obliged to check in at the check-in desk at the latest 90 minutes before departure. LTU assumes no liability for failure to show on time. In the case of failure to show on time, LTU shall have the right to refuse carriage and to dispose of the seat elsewhere if possible. The customer is himself responsible for arriving in time for departures, connections and shuttle services.
