Can I pay for my flight ticket in cash, or will I receive an invoice?

No, we only accept payment using the following creditcards: VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and Dancard My travel itinerary says that I have paid EUR 4,- in insurance fee. What is that? Since the terror attack on World Trade Center, 11th September last year, all airlines must charge extra due to increased expenses on insurance. This insurance fee is not a travel insurance, and we recommend that you make sure to take out insurance.

Baggage

You are permitted to bring max. 15 kg. excl. hand luggage. Due to safety reasons, you are only permitted to bring one piece of hand luggage. On board, your hand luggage must be placed in the closed stow-aways or under the seat. Consequently your hand luggage may not exceed 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm and 10kg. Note, we charge you for special equipment even when your ordinary baggage does not exceed 20 kg. No, wheelchairs, walkers etc. may be brought without charge. We do recommend, though, taking out a separate baggage insurance. Also notice the security regulations concerning batteries for electrical wheelchairs. This information can be found in our Regulations in the section concerning wheelchairs under Baggage Rules.

Children

In case of children under the age of 12 travelling alone a form must be completed. This allows the cabin crew to take extra care of the child. Sterling must always be informed about name and address of the person delivering the child at departure, and the name and address of the person picking up the child in the destination airport. Children under 5 years of age may not travel without a companion.

Changes

Change of date, time or name is possible against a fee of DKK (Denmark): 299 / NOK (Norway): 332 / SEK (Sweden): 374 / EUR: (outside Scandinavia) 40 / GBP (UK) 28 per one-way per passenger. Moreover, if you change your ticket to a more expensive fare, the difference between the two fares will be added. We recommend that you read our Fare Regulations which explains the regulations into more detail. According to the fare regulations, it is not possible to change the destination.
